Customer Service Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor (Electrotechnics/ICT)
• Knowledge of products and software that are part of customer systems
• Techniques used in the project for the interpretation of faults and the performance of service and maintenance
• Clear and unambiguous reporting, both orally and in writing
• Accurate, collegial, communicative, independent, problem-solving ability
