Requirements
- Audit processes based on the control plan
- Follow up on containment and corrective actions
- Update technical information, checklists, quality alerts, work instructions, and quality indicators
- Prepare reports (failure analysis)
- Perform component reliability validation
- Promote and maintain best practices
- Participate in training programs and provide training to operational personnel
- Join internal and external quality problem-solving teams applying PDCA / A3 methodology
- Conduct laboratory tests
- Acquire proficiency in the assigned process
- Update indicators for assigned lines
- Ensure that parts in process and finished products meet Quality System requirements and report non-conforming material to the relevant areas
- Accept or reject raw materials, in-process products, or finished goods
- Verify process flow
- Stop processes when product quality is at risk
- Engage affected areas to analyze and correct deviations
