Job Description
The Technical Briefing Coordinator will manage complex logistics and schedules, research and prepare meeting materials, and support engagement planning and execution for the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting executives or government agencies with a focus on science, technology, and innovation
- Experience communicating complex scientific information to senior-level executives, ideally in health innovation or research settings
- Experience with presentation and collaboration tools, such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, Slack, and Teams
- Experience with and comfort using AI tools for knowledge-gathering, research assistance, and productivity support
