We are seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to analyze our client's current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will work with our team to help refine our client's definition of success and identify current frustrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading Lean or Six Sigma initiatives
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma process, methods, and tools
- Knowledge of Theory of Constraints
- Knowledge of process mapping tools such as Visio or iGrapfx
- Ability to provide leadership and technical support in project lifecycle management
- Ability to facilitate and teach process improvement curriculum in small to large audiences
- Ability to mentor and coach practitioners on business process initiatives
- Ability to manage complex executive and multi-organizational relationships
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
