Instructional Designer

Develop training that will transform national security by crafting effective training solutions in a collaborative team environment. Work with SMEs, instructors, and learning technologists to capture customer training needs and advise on the right learning solution. Design creative learning solutions using adult learning methodologies and multimedia tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment performing instructional design tasks using adult learning methodologies
• Experience designing instructor-led and web-based training
• Experience applying accessibility and usability standards to adult learning solutions
• Ability to analyze various sources of course content, including policies and regulations, to develop adult learning solutions
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design
