We're looking for a Defense Mission Professional Training SME to drive solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you'll identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes to improve the training environment for the Marine Corps.

Requirements

• Experience planning and supporting Marine Corps training requirements at the regiment level and below
• Knowledge of Marine Corps Live, Virtual, and Constructive training systems
• Ability to develop plans and support packages to assist Marine Corps units with accomplishing tactical-level training
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Engineering, or Leadership field
