Agentic AI Software Engineer

We're looking for an Agentic AI Software Engineer to create AI and machine learning solutions that help solve our clients' toughest problems. As a software engineer, you'll develop user-focused solutions that increase organizational efficiency and enable better decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production-level AI or ML systems, including LLMs, agents, or complex automation frameworks
• 3+ years of experience with Python and Python tools, including Pandas or NumPy
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), ML, Deep Learning (DL), and Reinforcement Learning (RL)
• Experience with tools and AI agent frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain
• Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
• Experience connecting agents to APIs, cloud platforms, or databases
• Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in software engineering, or 10+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree
• Ability to obtain a Security+ Certification within 6 months of start date
