Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the operational stand-up of new aerospace facilities from empty or partially built space to fully operational manufacturing, assembly, and test environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities, Operations, or a related field
• Experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or industrial startup environments
• Proven experience standing up manufacturing, assembly, or test facilities
• Strong understanding of facility infrastructure including power, utilities, HVAC, and safety systems
• Experience operating in regulated environments with real compliance requirements
