Ryan White Program Consumer Advocacy Coordinator

This position supports HIV outreach and data collection activities focused on improving health disparities and providing patients with information on HIV/AIDS. The role involves conducting outreach, testing patients, counseling, managing data, and collaborating with community partners. The position requires maintaining confidentiality and adhering to established protocols. This role focuses on improving HIV stigma and overall patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1. High school graduate or GED.
• 2. Bachelor’s degree in health or business administration preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3. Minimum of one-year experience in a medical clinic with working knowledge of HIV+ specific care and services
• Knowledge of and familiarity with all aspects of Ryan White Care and Service operations.
