The HR Generalist role is responsible for consistent execution of employee relations processes, investigations, performance documentation support, onboarding schedules, and safety administration across BonaDent locations.
Requirements
- Manage employee relations casework
- Support managers with corrective action documentation
- Maintain confidential case files
- Own onboarding execution readiness for assigned sites
- Coordinate onboarding training schedules
- Support employee transfers and offboarding checklists
- Own HR-side safety administration
- Partner with Operations leaders to reinforce safety expectations
- Support policy and handbook rollout
- Coordinate with HR Operations on required reporting inputs
