Bombardier is seeking a Leader, Methods to lead and develop a team of salaried and unionized employees to support production, integrate manufacturing requirements, and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree and/or at least 5+ years of Bombardier Aerospace work experience in Engineering/Methods/Quality environment
• Experience supervising a team, with a preference for candidates who have managed a technical team and/or supervised unionized personnel
• In-depth technical knowledge of the Bombardier Manufacturing System, Bombardier Engineering System, and the Aircraft and Aircraft Systems
• High-level customer-oriented approach with a desire to provide excellent service
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, results-oriented, and innovative style
• Strong communication and presentation skills
