Job Description
Bolsterup is seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead expansion in the UAE market. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the construction and real estate sectors in the region and a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the tech, SaaS, or PropTech sector.
- Strong network within the UAE's construction and development ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and real estate sector is preferred.
