Job Description
Boldr is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines that power insights for clients and drive the company's growth. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring data quality, security, and scalability across platforms. Requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Contribute to enhancing the data platform, including database design and schema optimization.
- Implement and maintain data quality checks and error handling.
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate code reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into data requirements.
- Automate repetitive tasks and optimize existing pipelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
