Job Description
We are looking for an HR Systems Analyst to serve as the technical backbone of the People Technology function, responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of core HR systems.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on system logic, configuration, and technical governance
- Advanced hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now Security Management and practitioner-level configurations
- Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, compensation, performance management)
- Familiarity with logic and basic coding structures to support advanced system configurations and API troubleshooting
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain structured and accurate documentation
