FINANCE CONSULTANT - ERP (m/w/d)

Bold & Epic Transform is seeking a Finance Consultant - ERP (m/w/d) to join their team and focus on the digitization of German small and medium-sized enterprises using the Haufe X360 ERP solution. The role involves analyzing and optimizing accounting processes, advising customers, configuring the ERP system, and contributing to solution development and quality assurance. Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in the implementation consulting of ERP systems, especially in the field of finance - ideally with Haufe X360 (alternatively e.g. SAP Business One, DATEV Unternehmen online, Lexware, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of financial processes and their requirements for ERP systems (e.g., financial accounting, controlling, liquidity management).
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing financial processes and their implementation in ERP systems.
• Technical affinity and the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Analytical and systematic thinking.
• Good understanding of tax special cases (e.g. §13b UStG, intra-community services, foreign transactions).
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing.
• Hands-on mentality.
