Requirements
- Manage cash handling and administrative processes (payments, returns, vouchers, credits)
- Control and execute omnichannel flows (Click&Collect, Seek&Send)
- Support the team in customer retention and CRM
- Precise administrative procedures: invoices, petty cash, reports
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on communication and operational training
- Contribute to the store image according to premium standards
