Sr AD, Sourcing - Marketing & Medical Agency

We are seeking a Sr. AD, Sourcing - Marketing & Medical Agency to lead a team of sourcing professionals and oversee marketing services in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge and experience in overseeing marketing services in the pharmaceutical industry and will be able to manage ambiguity and lead a team of strong sourcing professionals.

Requirements

• Master degree desired (e.g. MBA) or Diploma degree ; Major focus: Business Administration or Pharmaceutics.
• 7-10 years of sourcing experience in a highly regulated market of FDA/EPA/USDA for Pharmaceuticals and Biological products.
• Extensive years of experience in the category or a Minimum of 3-5 years of leading a team of individual contributors or 3-5 years of project lead experience in an international environment.
