Director, Government Pricing and Compliance

The Director, Government Pricing and Compliance leads a high-performing team responsible for the calculation, analysis, and reporting of all U.S. government pricing programs, ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations. This role will oversee and manage all proposed policy rules coming from the government regarding lower drug pricing proposals, including but not limited to, the recent CMMI demonstration projects and related Most Favored Nation (MFN) proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Policy, Healthcare, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with significant experience in government pricing, contract compliance, or related functions.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, including managing outsourced teams.
• Deep expertise in U.S. Federal and State Pricing Programs (Medicaid, Medicare, VA/DoD, PHS/340B) and related regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills; proficiency in Excel, Model N, SAP, and revenue management systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.
• Prior large pharma experience.
• Experience with product launches, lifecycle pricing strategy, and heavily contracted therapeutic areas.
• Familiarity with Medicaid Supplemental Rebates, State Price Transparency Laws, and FMV analysis.
• Experience interfacing with CMS, VA, and/or external auditors.
