Quality Engineer

Bocar US, a subsidiary of Bocar Group, is seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing lines and ensure production schedules are met. The role focuses on contributing to Defect Analysis, investigating defects in-line and in final products, and working closely with other departments. This position involves supporting quality improvement processes, validating processes and products, and ensuring adherence to Quality standards.

Requirements

• Support Quality & Manufacturing Department with introduction of New Customers & CSR (Customer Specific Requirements)
• Prepare PPAP Packages with data from Metrology
• Prepare Test Result Summary with Special Testing Data/Results
• Work closely with Corporate Customer Service Engineers on Warranty field related issues
• Review & keep QC check sheets up to date
• Publish Plant & Corporate Monthly Quality reports as required
• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years automotive/defense quality experience in either Parts Quality or Assembly/Machining/Casting Quality

• Strong Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Strong Understanding of Automotive/Defense quality testing and interpret results
• Input & Analyze Data, identify trends & communicate to Quality Manager
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to work project with different priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
