Outreach Representative

Boca Recovery Center is seeking an Outreach Representative to connect referral management, stepdown planning, and aftercare coordination teams. This role involves inbound and outbound referrals, collaboration with relevant departments, and reporting to a National Director of Strategic Development. The ideal candidate is results-driven with experience in behavioral healthcare, including business development and CRM systems.

Requirements

• Oversee inbound referrals by the Call Center and Admissions.
• Manage outbound referrals when Boca Recovery Center cannot admit a patient.
• Collaborate with Outreach Directors and the Call Center.
• Track and manage patient stepdowns from detox and residential programs.
• Generate reports in Salesforce on referral activity.
