Boca Recovery Center is seeking a Clinical Director to lead and supervise their clinical staff in a fast-growing addiction treatment and mental health services provider. The role involves ensuring high-quality treatment, maintaining regulatory compliance, fostering staff development, and collaborating with other departments to maximize client outcomes. The clinical director will oversee client intake, treatment planning, and discharge processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical supervision within behavioral health or substance abuse treatment settings.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active clinical license in the State of NJ is required.
• First Aid and CPR certification may be required.
