Behavioral Health Technician

Boca Recovery Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support the Housing Department and ensure the safety and well-being of clients within a residential setting. The role involves client monitoring, medication administration, reporting adverse behaviors, maintaining facility standards, and assisting with training new employees. Boca Recovery Center is dedicated to providing evidence-based clinical care in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a behavioral health, addiction recovery, or residential care setting.
• Valid Driver's License with no restrictions in Indiana.
• Ability to remain awake and alert.
• Knowledge of UDS and medication self-administration procedures.
• CPR certification (required)
• Knowledge of Joint Commission requirements (preferred)
