Racquet Professional- Hope Valley Country Club

Bobby Jones Links is hiring a Racquets Professional at Hope Valley Country Club in Durham, North Carolina. The successful candidate will provide high-quality tennis and pickleball instruction to members and guests, while promoting tennis participation and engagement within the club community.

Requirements

• Certified at RSPA, PTR, USTA, PPR Level 2 or above
• At least 1-3 years of experience as a racquet teaching professional
• Strong playing ability and knowledge of fundamentals, techniques, and strategies

Benefits

• Hourly clock in rate of $13 per hour for all hours plus $40 per hour for clinics and 80% of private lesson commissions (lesson rates start at $65 per hour)
• Stringing labor paid at $15 per racquet
• Anticipated compensation range: $5,000-6,000+ (variable) per month based on on-court hours
