Welder 2

Boart Longyear is seeking a skilled Welder with wire-fed Dual Shield experience to join their team in West Valley, Utah. The successful candidate will understand and apply advanced welding and air-arc gouging techniques to each job assignment and be able to work quickly and skillfully.

Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience
• Welding certifications preferred
• Proficient in wire-fed dual shield welding
• Experienced in carbon air arc(gouging)
• Ability to pass a dimensional drawing and measurement test
• Be able to lift 50 pounds frequently
• Pass a drug screen
• Pass a background check
• Have a good driving record
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Be able and willing to work overtime as required
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings
