Requirements

• Relevant academic education, preferably with a focus on real estate economics or real estate law
• Good ability to understand and calculate a good business
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial property management and letting
• Very good knowledge of lease negotiations and lease law
• Good knowledge of real estate law and contractual technical issues
• Good analytical skills
• B-Driving License
