Job Description
Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex projects concurrently in the Solar PV sector, with a focus on project planning, execution, monitoring, budget control, quality assurance, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Legal eligibility to work in South Africa
- Valid driver's license
- Proven ability to handle multiple, complex projects concurrently
- Deep knowledge of the Solar PV sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Microsoft Project
- Readiness to take on additional responsibilities
- High levels of enthusiasm, energy, and self-motivation
- Strong communication, approachability, and intercultural sensitivity
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans
