Job Description
The IT Systems Administrator will be the first point of contact for user incidents and requests, managing tickets via the ITSM platform and providing IT support to all users within the business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as an IT Systems Administrator and hold certifications such as Comptia A+, Comptia N+, Microsoft MCS, and Cisco CCIP.
