Job Description
Board Intelligence is a technology and advisory firm focused on supercharging boards with AI-powered software and services. They serve over 80,000 leaders and 3,000 organizations, including Fortune 500s and FTSE 100, and are seeing significant growth from K1 Investment Management. This Senior Strategic Account Manager role is focused on managing a portfolio of high-value Corporate and Fund Services clients, driving growth, retention, and advocacy, and solidifying Board Intelligence’s market position.
Requirements
- Proven track record managing strategic or enterprise accounts in corporate services, SaaS, or financial services.
- Experience driving NRR and ARR growth, with commercial results to match.
- Strong commercial instincts for negotiating and closing renewals.
- Exceptional relationship skills for building credibility with C-suite and Board level.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of corporate governance and board reporting.
- Experience managing a £1m+ ARR portfolio.
- Willingness to travel.
