Job Description
Board Intelligence is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join their growing team. This role focuses on driving quality excellence across Board Intelligence, acting as the quality expert for product councils, and leading team growth. It's a full-time, hybrid role with significant autonomy and influence.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of QA experience with a senior role
- Expertise in test automation with framework architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, WebDriver, Appium)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives
- Experience mentoring other QA engineers
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Autonomous work and ownership of quality challenges
- Experience working in Agile
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
