Our client is an important NGO dedicated to helping children and adolescents at risk, with projects in both Spain and Latin America. The selected person will be responsible for establishing, planning, and executing the action and intervention plan with tutored minors and their families in coordination with social services.
Requirements
- University degree in Social Education
- At least 10 years of experience working with minors
- Ability to treat children and adolescents, a vocation for their work, communication skills, empathy, patience, and the ability and security to be a reference person for minors
- Ability to relate and represent the organization to the institutions with which they work and collaborate
