Director/a de Operaciones Zona Este

Our client is an important services company with international presence. The selected person will be responsible for directing the operations of one of the company's main Business Units in the East Zone and managing a team of over 300 people.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Operations Management in sectors intensive in labor (services, facilities, etc.)
• Knowledge, experience and skills in labor relations and in negotiation and treatment with Works Councils and unions
• Versatile person, with adaptability, proactive, with leadership skills, with the ability to work in demanding and high-pressure environments
