Vice President, External Reporting

This role involves preparing and submitting regulatory reports to regulators, ensuring compliance, and improving data accuracy. Requirements

• Demonstrates extensive knowledge of regulatory reporting best practices and understanding of Basel rules and regulatory reports
• Validate critical data elements used for exposure and RWA calculations of key exposure categories
• Prepare and submit mandatory regulatory reports like FR Y-9C, FFIEC 101, FFIEC 031 and other US regulatory capital reports
• Manage reporting processes, oversee data issue identification and resolution, and maintain procedure documents and internal controls
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data systems and support implementation projects related to new products or regulatory changes
• Work with cross-functional teams, business partners, internal/external auditors and regulators to resolve issues and provide information
• Stay informed about new regulations (e.g., Basel III Endgame) and translate complex policy requirements into actionable system logic
• Lead, Coach, mentor and develop talents on the team
