Job Description
BNY is seeking a Director, Product Design – Platform Lead to join their Pershing team in New York City. This role will focus on guiding user research, defining usability testing procedures, and leading the creation of user interface designs, based on a thorough understanding of user feedback. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to meet project schedules and deliver user-centered solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, user experience, design, human computer interaction or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
