Job Description
BNY is seeking a Director of Engineering Group Leader to lead the Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI Strategic Objectives. This role focuses on driving revenue through Commercial Data Products by shaping Enterprise Data Masters, Industrial Grade Enterprise Data Mesh, and Modern Security/Pricing Platforms. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with experience in leading development teams and managing complex projects. They will build and manage a high-performing team and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve commercialization goals.
Requirements
- Advanced degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of experience in systems analysis, program development, and technology leadership
- Minimum of 6-8 years managing development project teams, preferably in complex environments
- Proven ability to lead large-scale technology projects and deliver results on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to agile and inclusive engineering culture
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
