Job Description
BNY is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Controls Hub team. This role involves designing, building, and testing AI agents using Python and AI platforms, analyzing data, and contributing to AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for AI and machine learning in control frameworks and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in a technology-driven environment with hands-on Python programming and AI application exposure.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning basics, and relevant tools or frameworks.
- Experience in scripting for automation, data analysis, or system integration within financial services or control/risk management contexts (preferred).
