The Manager, Creative and Communications is a key member of BME's Business Development (BD) team responsible for shaping and stewarding BME's brand. This role focuses on creative direction, visual design, strategic communications, and BD enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, design, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and leading creative teams
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms
- Excellent understanding of branding, graphic design principles, and marketing best practices
- Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for maximum impact
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and marketing work (both digital and print)
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for creativity and staying ahead of industry trends
- Exposure to and/or experience with the public health field is highly desired, but not required
