Sr. Project Director

BMarko Structures is seeking a Sr. Project Director for its Division Operations Manager role. This position will lead the operation of modular container construction projects from inception to completion, focusing on efficiency, quality, and profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Oversee all aspects of modular container construction projects
• Lead production activities, including scheduling, workflow management, quality control, and safety compliance
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize output
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Supervise and mentor production leaders and support staff
• Act as a key liaison with clients and other departments, ensuring project requirements are understood and met
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track production efficiency, project success, and customer satisfaction
• Identify bottlenecks and implement lean practices to improve entire project lifecycle
• Support innovation and adoption of new technologies
