Job Description
BM Digital is seeking an experienced Head of Growth to lead and manage a portfolio of e-commerce-focused clients. The role focuses on crafting and executing growth strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining a client-facing position. This position requires experience in paid digital advertising, funnel optimization, creative strategy, and client relationship management.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in media strategy, funnel optimization, offer testing, and creative strategy.
- Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and address challenges.
- Experience in platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
