Job Description
BlueVoyant is seeking a Platform Technician I to troubleshoot and maintain security solutions and network infrastructure for clients. The role involves triage, network connectivity troubleshooting, and supporting the endpoint health of Next-Gen AV. Experience with cloud-based Next-Gen AV software and understanding of core IT security fundamentals are essential.
Requirements
- Experience working with cloud based Next-Gen AV software
- Experience working with MDM/Package deployment tools for Windows/OSX/Linux
- Understanding of core network protocols (DNS, DHCP, ARP, TCP/UDP, SSL, SSH, FTP)
- Linux systems and networking administration/troubleshooting
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMWare, Hyper V)
- Event ingestion (Syslog, REST API, HTTP Event Collector, Splunk Universal Forwarder)
