Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Java Backend Developer
- Deep knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Data, Quarkus, Java, and/or APIGEE
- Experience with modern DevOps development tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Sonarqube)
- Experience with API development principles, including access controls and authorization (JWT, Okta, OAuth, etc)
- Experience with OpenAPI, Swagger, or emerging API design and documentation standards
- Experience in error management, tracking, and debugging within an API
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL, Postgresql, Redis, MongoDB, Couchbase, Firestore, etc.)
- Ability to write effective unit tests
- Understanding of cloud services and how to leverage them within an API (optional)
