Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will develop QA plans, assess risk, and perform workload analysis. They will also work closely with the in-house development team to promote a consistent testing methodology and maintain standards for quality assurance methods.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a Quality Assurance position
- Experience using IBM Rational Functional Tester or other test management and automated testing tools
- Strong software quality methodology skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of relational databases, familiarity with SQL
- Basic understanding of web technologies, and some administration skills on Windows and IIS
