Job Description
Lead - Infrastructure Operations position at a global organization with a focus on cutting-edge technology and work/family balance. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of associates to achieve applications operations objectives.
Requirements
- 6-8 years' experience managing and delivering infrastructure design and operational excellence
- Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments
- Extensive experience with VMWare and converged infrastructures
- 4 years successful supervisory experience of an infrastructure team
- Experience managing support for hosted solutions
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware
- Conversant with programming languages such as.NET
- Application support experience with MS Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, and Office suite
- Four-year university degree in the field of computer science and/or 6-8 years equivalent work experience
