Research Associate II, Research (Myeloid Biology)

BlueRock Therapeutics is seeking an enthusiastic Research Associate II to support the development of cell therapy products and platforms. The role involves executing molecular and cell-based assays, collaborating with various research teams, and advancing projects in the Myeloid Biology team within the Neurology program. Candidates should be highly motivated, self-starting, and committed to data-driven science.

Requirements

• Degree in Biological Sciences or related discipline (0-5 years or M.S. with 0-2 years of experience)
• Experience with microglia/macrophage cells is highly desirable
• Prior hands-on experience with cell-based assays and culture
• 1+ year experience in executing cell culture under aseptic conditions
• Standard molecular testing procedures experience
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent record-keeping skills
• Ability to be productive and successful in a high-paced environment
