As a AI Solution Consultant, you'll ensure that our technical solutions align with customer needs while driving continuous improvement within the product and internal processes. Requirements
- Extensive experience in implementing complex SaaS systems
- Expert reasoning and decision-making
- Problem-solving ability
- Technical comfort with IT systems and SaaS
- Experience in functional analysis
- Content-driven and hands-on
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project Management skills (nice to have)
- Proven experience in product enhancement on a SaaS product (nice to have)
