Job Description
Blue Stone Therapy, certified as a Great Place to Work, is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to deliver direct patient care to adults and geriatric patients in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The role involves evaluation, treatment plan development, and intervention, focusing on swallowing disorders, dysphagia, and communication disorders. Emphasis is placed on individualized rehabilitation, strong communication skills, and collaboration with staff and patients.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Current valid Speech Language Pathologist license to practice in appropriate state
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
