Job Description
Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to deliver direct patient care related to swallowing disorders, dysphagia, and communication disorders. The therapist will be responsible for evaluations, treatment planning, and providing services to adult and geriatric patients. They focus on individualized rehabilitation, partnership development, and incorporating continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Current valid Speech Language Pathologist license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (as listed in the requirements)
