Job Description
Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care to adults and geriatric patients in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The role involves providing screenings, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with team members. They focus on individualized rehabilitation and long-term partnerships with communities.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current valid Occupational Therapist license to practice in appropriate state
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work with supervision
