In- House Paralegal (Hybrid)

Blue Sky Utility is seeking an In House Paralegal to support the Company’s sole in-house counsel in a lean legal department. The role is hands-on and requires a high degree of organization, independence, and practical judgment.

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in-house or supporting transactional practices.
• Experience managing contracts and complex document sets.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
