Blue Sky Plumbing is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee the operational readiness and cost efficiency of their light-duty vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate has a background in automotive service, fleet management, or transportation and possesses technical acumen to identify vehicle issues early, manage repairs effectively, and drive data-backed operational improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service, fleet management, or logistics
- ASE certifications strongly preferred
- NAFA certification or coursework (CAFM/CFM) desirable
- Working knowledge of telematics systems, preventive maintenance programs, and repair cost control
- Experience in the home services industry (Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical) preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Proficient in Excel, fleet management software, and vendor coordination
