Mental Health Therapist (Recovery Coordinator)

Blue Ridge Health is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to work in the Recovery Education Center (REC) Team in Sylva, NC. The Therapist will provide assessment, crisis intervention, individual and group treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor required (fully or provisionally licensed or license eligible)
• 2 years clinical work experience preferred
• LCAS or LCAS-A licensure a plus
• Ability to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop and implement viable treatment plans
• Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred
• Experience in individual and group therapy including recovery work
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Bilingual a plus
